Silver Spring Township Sewer Treatment PlantDeveloped in collaboration with the 1989 Construction Company, this full service sewer treatment plant benefits Silver Spring Township residential, retail, office, and industrial needs. As one of the largest privately developed sewage plants in PA at the time of construction, the project included miles of water lines and pump stations, and has the capacity to treat 650,000 gallons per day. Strategically developed during the early stages of Silver Spring Township's growth, this facility provides critical infrastructure for continued growth in this area. As the developer of this facility, Shadow Oaks Properties owns the rights to Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) which have been used for many previous and current projects.
